Privacy policy
1. 适用范围
本政策说明正式发布的 Lumeri Video App 和 lumeri.io 网站如何处理信息。正式版不要求 Lumeri 云端账户，也不通过 Cloudflare Tunnel 或开发者的个人电脑提供在线创作。
限量、私有测试渠道如采用不同的数据流程，会在测试开始前提供独立说明；它们不由本政策自动覆盖。
2. 保存在设备上的数据
以下内容默认保存在你的设备上，而不是上传到 Lumeri 服务器：
- Project、时间线、会话记录和本地设置；
- 你主动导入的图片、音频和视频素材；
- Lumeri 在本地生成或导出的创作结果；
- AI 服务的配置资料；服务凭据保存在系统钥匙串中。
Lumeri 当前不使用广告 SDK，不进行跨 App 或跨网站跟踪，也不会出售个人信息。
3. 你选择的第三方服务
AI 服务
当你主动连接并使用受支持的 AI 服务时，Lumeri 会把完成请求所需的内容直接发送给该服务。这可能包括你的指令、素材名称以及 Project 或时间线的结构化上下文。当前原生规划流程不会把导入媒体的完整文件字节包含在规划请求中。
第三方 AI 服务依据其自身条款与隐私政策处理收到的数据。请在连接前阅读所选服务的政策；你可以通过移除配置或停止使用该服务来撤回后续访问。
语音输入
使用语音输入时，Lumeri 会请求麦克风与语音识别权限，并使用 Apple 提供的语音识别能力将语音转换为文字。你可以在系统设置中撤回权限，并继续使用文字输入。
4. lumeri.io 网站数据
为了安全提供网站，托管与网络服务可能处理有限的技术记录，例如 IP 地址、请求时间、访问路径、浏览器标识和错误信息。我们不在网站中使用广告、跨站跟踪或行为画像。
正常的访问与安全日志将在 30 天内删除或匿名化；只有在调查滥用、安全事件或履行法律义务时，相关记录才可能保留更久。
5. 保留、删除与选择
- 本地 Project 与素材：通过 App 内相应操作删除，或在备份后删除 App。删除 App 可能同时删除 App 容器中的本地数据。
- AI 服务数据：请依据所选服务提供商的政策查看或请求删除。
- 权限：在系统设置中随时撤回麦克风和语音识别权限。
- 网站日志：按上述期限自动删除或匿名化；Lumeri 当前没有与你关联的网站账户资料。

6. 政策变更
如果正式产品增加账户、云同步、在线创作、分析或新的第三方服务，我们会在相关功能启用前更新本政策和生效日期，并同步更新 App Store Connect 中的数据处理说明。
English summary
Effective August 4, 2026. This policy applies to the production Lumeri Video app and lumeri.io. The production app is local-first: it does not require a Lumeri cloud account and does not route creative work through Cloudflare Tunnel or the developer's personal computer.
Projects, timelines, conversations, imported media, outputs, and provider configuration stay on your device by default. Provider credentials are stored in the system Keychain.
When you connect and use an AI provider, Lumeri sends that provider only the content needed to perform your request, which may include your instruction, asset names, and structured project or timeline context. The current native planning flow does not include the complete bytes of imported media in a planning request. The provider handles received data under its own terms and privacy policy.
Voice input uses Apple's microphone and speech-recognition capabilities. You can withdraw these permissions in system settings and continue using text input.
Website hosting and security providers may process limited operational logs such as IP address, request time, path, browser identifier, and errors. We use no advertising, cross-site tracking, or behavioral profiling. Normal logs are deleted or anonymized within 30 days unless longer retention is necessary to investigate abuse, address a security incident, or comply with law.
Delete local data through the app or by deleting the app after exporting anything you need. For data sent to an AI provider, use that provider's privacy controls. For questions, visit Lumeri Support.
